Royal Doulton Bunnykins has been in continuous production since 1934.  The range includes tableware, nursery ware, teapots, moneyboxes and figures.  This website specialises in the Bunnykins figures.  Originally six figures were produced in 1939, production ceasing during World War II.  These six original figures are very rare and cost between £1000 and £2000 (US$2000-4000).

After the war production was not resumed until Royal Doulton purchased the Beswick factory in 1969.  This range of figures is labelled “DB” and now numbers some 400 figures, varying in rarity and value.  Several limited editions have been produced, most notably, Happy Millennium Bunnykins Tableau, of which only two have been produced (one in the Royal Doulton Museum and the other sold at auction in 2000 for £9,800).  The rest of the range is much more affordable, and  figures are available retail from £20 for relatively common or new figures to several hundred pounds for limited editions such as the touchdown series, oompah band (particularly the blue and green series).

The table below gives information on each of the DB range (updated March 2006).  If underlined the link will lead to a hi-res picture.  For Bunnykins available for sale please visit www.michalas-collectables.co.uk.
